Appointment Check-in
New Clients should complete the client profile form online prior to coming to the shop. A completed profile form is necessary so we can provide you with the individualized service you deserve and expect.
Returning Clients should arrive 5 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment for assessment of any changes that may need to be applied to your client profile form.
Late Arrivals
Appointment times are reserved especially for you! Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that we can provide you with the extraordinary service and professionalism we are committed to. We understand unforeseen incidents occur, however, your service will end at the time of your original scheduled appointment. Full payment for service will be applied.
Late arrival of 15 minutes or more may need to be re-scheduled.
Cancellations
Please be respectful of our time as well as other clients. Your intended appointment time could have been utilized by another client. This is why we strictly enforce a 24-hour appointment change or cancellation notice.
Any appointment changes or cancellations without a 24-hour notice will be charged a cancellation fee. Clients who abuse this policy will need to pay a deposit fee for future appointments.
Clients with a no-show appointment will need to pay a deposit for future appointments and payment will be forfeited if they no-show, cancel, or reschedule the prepaid appointment.
A cancellation within one hour of the scheduled appointment or an appointment canceled after the scheduled time will be considered a no-show.
A fee of $40 or $50 will be applied depending on the style.
Color Policy
A consultation is required before color service to assess your hair condition, discuss your desired outcome and address any concern you may have. Hair color and chemical treatments may cause allergic reactions or hair damage. It’s crucial to inform your stylist of any previous lift, color treatments, allergies or sensitivities.
We use professional grade products. All color and chemical services are subject to a product fee. While we make every effort to achieve the desired results, individual outcomes may vary, depending on hair type condition and prior treatments. Proper aftercare is essential to maintain your hairstyle. Your Stylist will provide guidance on recommended products and maintenance routines. Djea Natural Hair Spa and its staff are not liable for any allergic reactions, hair damage or unsatisfactory results that occur due to undisclosed information or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
Refund Policy
While we strive to ensure all of our clients are more than satisfied with their service, we understand that may not always be the case. If you are unhappy with your results and require an adjustment to your hair or a color correction please let your stylist and the manager know right away. We will do our best to rectify the situation sooner than later. We are unable to accommodate any redos beyond a week of the initial hair appointment. Please note that we do not offer refunds for services or products.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates may be redeemed for original-priced services or products only.
Gift certificates may not be used in conjunction with any advertised, discounted, or monthly special.
There are absolutely no refunds on gift certificates.
Late arrivals and no-shows will forfeit the full amount normally charged for the scheduled appointment.
Salon Ambience & Guest Courtesy
At our salon, we are dedicated to providing a relaxed, restorative environment where our adult clientele can unwind and enjoy their services. We kindly ask that children be present in the salon only when receiving a service and must be accompanied by a parent at all times.
To help maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all guests, we encourage the use of personal earbuds or headphones when using electronic devices. We also respectfully request that conversations be kept brief and at a low volume, ensuring everyone can fully enjoy their time in the salon.

Health & Safety Policy
The safety and well-being of our staff and clients is our utmost priority. If you are experiencing any contagious infection or illness, we kindly recommend that you reschedule your appointment until you are fully recovered. Please note that you may be asked to wear a mask or undergo a temperature check upon arrival to help us maintain a healthy environment for everyone.
Right to Refuse Policy
Our establishment reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, engages in inappropriate behavior toward our staff, or poses a threat to the safety and well-being of our business and its clients.
